For many people, the easiest part of beating addiction is the stopping.  But the long road of recovery can be a white-knuckle ride of frustration, social pressure, loneliness, and pain.  This 10-session group focuses on working with the way you relate to yourself in recovery, offering a skill-set and practice designed to get you in touch with your cravings and get them working for you, not against you.
