This 12-session group helps men and women practice skills from the four modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy:

- Distress Tolerance: Effectively managing a crisis. Accepting reality as it is.
- Emotion Regulation: Understanding and managing overwhelming emotions
- Interpersonal Effectiveness: Getting needs met, increasing self-respect in relationships
