This 12-session group helps men and women practice skills from the four modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy:

  • Distress Tolerance: Effectively managing a crisis. Accepting reality as it is.
  • Emotion Regulation: Understanding and managing overwhelming emotions
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness: Getting needs met, increasing self-respect in relationships
